About MWM Show
Richard and David met in late 2016, both assigned to the community services unit as the school and social media relations officers within their respective police agencies. Naturals at relationship building within the community, they possessed the gift-of-the-gab. After crossing paths in uniform, they discovered each others genuine passion for helping others. They also carried the ambitions of reaching financial freedom, the excitement of entrepreneurialism and the drive to inspiring others, in thinking and dreaming bigger.
Together, they wanted to start a media platform and share their experiences through Podcasting and YouTube. With a combined 25 years of policing and law enforcement behind them, they decided to escape the glass box which was holding them back and break free from the handcuffs, unlocking their true potential. In 2021, both Richard and David left the security of working the 9 to 5. They were finally free, with a brighter future ahead, full of bigger dreams, visions and unlimited potential!
They re-launched their online presence, by creating The 'Making Waves Mindset' Show. Together, they share the ups and downs of being your own boss. They openly discuss what it is like to start as an entrepreneur, while focussing on achieving greatness. Learn from industry leaders from around the world, who are established and successful entrepreneurs, join Richard and Dave to share their stories.
